Project Meeting 4: Final Integration, Presentation Preparation & System Readiness

1. Final Integration: Website & Shiny Application

The team conducted a final review of the project components to ensure seamless integration across all deliverables.

  • Website Updates: The poster page has been successfully added to the Quarto website and linked through the navigation bar.

  • Version Control: Team members confirmed the use of Git pull workflows to synchronize the latest updates across contributors.

  • Shiny App Integration: The Shiny dashboard remains hosted externally and will be demonstrated live during the presentation.

  • Data Consistency: Minor differences in preprocessing approaches (e.g., customer ID usage and cleaning steps) were discussed, with alignment ensured for final deployment.

2. Project Poster: Finalisation & Deployment

The poster was reviewed as the primary storytelling artifact for the presentation.

  • Final Objective: Ensure the poster clearly communicates the full analytical pipeline from EDA → Clustering → Predictive Modelling.

  • Design Status: Poster content and layout are finalized and ready for printing.

  • Website Integration: Poster image successfully embedded into the project website for online access.

  • Narrative Alignment: The poster will serve as the central anchor during the presentation, supported by live demonstrations from the Shiny application.

3. Presentation Strategy & Role Alignment

The team aligned on how the presentation will be delivered during the session.

  • Presentation Format: Informal walkthrough format where attendees approach the team’s station.

  • Demonstration Flow:

    • Start with poster overview
    • Transition into Shiny app demonstration
    • Use interactivity to explain key findings

  • Role Allocation:
